To upload your picture, click on UPLOAD and choose a picture from your computer by selecting it and clicking on open. The picture will upload automatically. Pictures must be under 10 MB and formated as JPG, GIF or PNG. The dimension of the pictures may be altered after uploading.
This is where you add your RSS feed (link). The RSS feed is easiest obtained by clicking your right mouse button (or CTRL-click on MAC) on the RSS symbol on your blog, newsletter, web site, photo page, et cetera. Read more about RSS here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RSS). After inputing your RSS feeds, you can find the content of the RSS feeds under the tab 'Mark Up' when logged in. It can take some time before the feeds are visible.
